Analysis of Anthocyanins in Different Vitis amurensis Rupr . Species by HPLC -ESI-MSn

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to analyze five anthocyanins in Vitis amurensis Rupr .by HPLC-ESI-MSn .And the contents of five anthocyanins in five different V .amurensis Rupr .species were compared .Column:PFP Kinetix (2.1mm × 50mm ,2.6μm );mobile phase:2%formic acid water and 2% formic acid acetonitrile under gradient elution .The ESI-MS was carried out in negative ion mode and multiple reac-tion monitoring (MRM ) .The results demonstrated that the method developed was accurate and rapid with good reproducibility and high resolu-tion .This method could be applied in the quantitative analysis of anthocyanins in V .amurensis Rupr .and related products .关键词
