克银胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定

摘要
Abstract
To develop an HPLC method for determining Paeonol in Keyin Capsule .Diamonsil C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm ,5μm)was used as the stationary phase ,the mixture of methanol-water(50∶50) was served as mobile phase ,and its flow rate was 1.0mL/min .The wavelength for detection was 274nm .The linearity range was 0.0812μg-0.3857μg ( r=1 ) .The average recovery was 99.84% (n=9 ,RSD=1.15% ) .The method is simple ,fast and reliable .关键词
