摘要
Abstract
Xingyang(荥阳) is a renowned ancient city in Pre⁃Qin Period. As Historical Records goes, it has an important ca⁃nal system during the Pre⁃Qin Period. It is also regarded as a strategic area in the Warring States Period, a historic area during the transitory Qin⁃Han Period, an arena of Chu⁃Han Contention, and a buffet zone for the politically unstable Early⁃Han Dynasty. A⁃gainst these backgrounds, Historical Records puts Xingyang on the map of ancient histories with stories of prominent figures.关键词
