世界自然遗产地治理绩效评价研究--以武陵源为例
The Research about the Governance Performance Evaluation of the World Natural Heritage with an Example of Wulingyuan World Natural Heritage
摘要
Abstract
Firstly the theoretical framework about the governance performance evaluation of the World Natural Heritage is put forward. Secondly the governance performance evaluation index system and evaluation methods of the World Natural Heritage are constructed. The performance evaluation index system includes the qualitative and quantitative index such as ecological performance ( X1 ) , economic performance ( X2 ) , social performance ( X3 ) , environmental management planning ( X11 ) , environmental govern⁃ance policies or regulations ( X12 ) . Thirdly Wulingyuan World Natural Heritage as an example is taken to study. The results show that the governance performance of the Wulingyuan World Natural Heritage is 3.450 and the achievement is better; the ecological performance, economic performance and social performance are 3.431 2, 3.758 3 and 3.241 1 respectively which predicates that e⁃conomic performance is distinctive, but ecological performance and social performance are not and they are needed to be improved.关键词
