Evaluation on Universities Technological Innovation Capability of Shaanxi Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
Colleges and universities as an important part of national science and technology innovation system play the very im⁃portant role in science and technology innovation, In the paper, the construction of university science and technology innovation abil⁃ity evaluation index system, and principal component analysis method is used to evaluate on science and technology innovation abili⁃ty of 28 colleges and universities in Shaanxi province. On the basis of comparative analysis, some suggestions are put forward to im⁃prove the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in Shaanxi Province, from the aspects of science and technolo⁃gy investment, the construction of scientific research team and the improvement of scientific research environment.关键词
