摘要
Abstract
Marxˊs view of rule of law is an important part of Marxˊs thought,which has important theoreti-cal support and theoretical guidance for the construction of socialist law system in China. In the context of west-ern legal culture,Marx,through crossing criticism of the Rousseauˊs idealistic view of rule of law and Hegelˊs view of civil society legal system,gave a scientific interpretation to the pursuit of rule of law to promote the ide-al value of human justice and the nature of law in the reality that reflects the ruling class will. Therefore,in or-der to correctly understand the concept of rule of law,it is necessary to analyze the academic resources and the logical starting point of Marxˊs theory,and understand the true connotation of the rule of law from the perspec-tive of crossing criticism,and finally prove the scientific nature and the prospective of Marxˊs rule of law from the concrete practice of the contemporary Chinese rule of law.关键词
