含氟蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯的制备及性能
Synthesis and properties of fluoride castor oil-based waterborne polyurethane
摘要
Abstract
A fluoride castor oil-based waterborne polyurethane was prepared by isophorone di-isocyanate (IPDI) ,polyethylene tetrahydrofuran (PTMG ,Mn=2 000) as raw material ,cast-er oil (C .O) and fluoride glycol (Rf(OH)2 ,Mn=387) as the modifier .Discusses the effects of C .O ,Rf(OH)2 content and the way on the properties of polyurethane emulsion and films by orthogonal experiment design .Structure and properties of the polymer were studied by FT-IR ,XRD and AFM .The results showed that :When the content of C .O was 5% ,the con-tent of Rf(OH)2 was 4% and by the way of adding C .O firstly Rf(OH)2 secondly ,the CFW-PU emulsion showed a stable performance .Water absorption of the CFWPU films was 1 . 8% ,the tensile strength is 23 .91 MPa .XRD test showed that the crystallinity of CFWPU film increased ,the crystalline form has changed in small degree .AFM test showed that mul-tiphase structure existed in the CFWPU ,the degree of miro phase separation reduced after modified .关键词
