基于高硼硅废玻璃的过滤用多孔玻璃的制备及性能
Preparation of porous glass filters from high borosilicate waste glass
摘要
Abstract
In this paper ,an attempt which using high borosilicate waste glass as starting mate-rials to prepare high borosilicate porous glass was illustrated .The results of TG-DSC re-vealed that the appropriate sintering temperature of the porous glass was 750 ℃ .The phase analysis showed that the detected phases were silica after sintering at 750 ℃ for 1 h .With the increase of PMMA content ,the pores shifted to connectivity gradually .The average pore size and the maximum pore size increased .The flexural strength ,bulk density and the shrinkage rate increased with the increase of PMMA content ,while the porosity decreased .关键词
