摘要

Abstract

Bone glue adhesive w as modified by Sn4+ coordination ,and response surface method was used to optimize the experiment .According to the design principle of Box-Behnken De-sign ,on the basis of single factor experiments ,the response surface method of three factors with three levels were employed ,the freezing point and viscosity were taken as reponses val-ue to analyze the significance and interaction of the three factors such as the amount of SnCl4 ,the amount of carbamide ,the amount of lauryl sodium sulfate ,through the regression model ,the optimal reaction conditions and the predicted values were calculated by the regres-sion model ,and the optimum reaction condition were verified by repeated experiments .Ex-periment results show that the optimum synthetic conditions and the predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental results .The optimal synthesis condition were amount of SnCl4 1 .27 g ,amount of carbamide 0 .79 g ,amount of lauryl sodium sulfate 0 .44 g ,the predictive value for reponse were freezing point 4 .4 ℃ ,viscosity 1 .902 Pa・s .
