感应电动机离散变频快速软起动研究
Research on soft starting of discrete variable f requency conversion of induction motor
摘要
Abstract
According to the shortage of traditional three-phase anti parallel thyristor tube AC buck of soft starter ,which can only reduce the initial flow and can not increase the initial starting torque .Through deep research on discrete variable frequency ,the paper uses space voltage vector to analyze the action function of discrete frequency 4 frequency stator voltage under different trigger angles ,proves the essence of discrete frequency conversion is the process of two phase to three phase conduction and insertion zero voltage vector ,uses flux linkage to prove that stator and rotor flux linkage rotate approximately circular ,presents a fast starting method for discrete variable frequency initial 4 frequency division combined with the rotation of the motor flux law ,increases the smoothness of discrete frequency conversion 4 frequency electromagnetic torque and its starting performance is improved .Compared with the traditional soft start ,the simulation and experiments show that the proposed method can effectively improve the starting performance of the motor ,the starting speed of the motor is faster and the starting current is small under same load rate .关键词
