基于照明缺陷的光源照明系统图像检测控制电路设计
Design of image detection and control circuit for light-source illumination system according to illumination defect
摘要
Abstract
The light source and illumination in current machine vision application system are the keys of the whole system, but all the illumination modes exist certain defect characteristics. In order to meet the requirements of image acquisition and de⁃tection accuracy,the light⁃source image detection and control circuit was designed to deal with the defect characteristics of dif⁃ferent illumination modes. The SCM switching power chip is taken as the main control chip to design the image detection back⁃light control circuit of LED light⁃source. The circuit is composed of voltage conversion,constant current control,backlight ad⁃justment,and other circuits. The circuit structure is simply,and can simplify the circuit design. The test results show that the control circuit is efficient,and can meet the requirements of image acquisition.关键词
