摘要

Abstract

The moisture adsorption isotherm of food is an important index to understand the physical property of the food, which is always paid extensive attention by the domestic and foreign scholars. In order to test and evaluate the adsorption proper⁃ty quickly , easily and accurately the moisture adsorption isotherm control and monitoring system suiting for the food was developed according to the characteristics of food moisture adsorption analysis,combining with modular hardware equipments, and taking LabVIEW as the software development platform. The system can automatically control the temperature and humidity around the sample,and record the sample quality and relevant parameters online,which can provide the original data for study⁃ing the adsorption isotherm. The experimental results show that the system can work normally,its temperature error is less than 0.5℃,its relative humidity error is less than 2%,its data acquisition accuracy is high,and its communication is stable. The ex⁃pected target was achieved.
