摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the expression level and clinicopathological signif-icance of the calreticulin( CRT) in endometrical carcinoma. Methods:From Feb. 2014 to Jan. 2015 ,50 patients with endometrical carcinoma ( all of which were adenocarcinoma without pre-operative chemoradiotherapy ) and 30 cases of normal endometrial tissues, were diagnosed by Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University for surgical treatment. The expression of CRT mRNA in two groups was detected by Real-time PCR,and CRT protein was examined through Western blot and immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase ( SP ) method. And then ana-lyzed the relationship between CRT expression and clinicopathologic parameters. Results:The relative expression of CRT mRNA in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrial tissue were 3 . 58 ± 3 . 49 and 2 . 00 ± 1 . 89 , and the relative expression of CRT protein in two groups were 0. 50±0. 19 and 0. 20±0. 12. Compared with the normal endometrial tissues,there were signifi-cant differences in the expression of CRT mRNA and protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues ( P<0 . 05 ) . And the expression of CRT protein in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly different in the pathological staging and the lymph node metastasis with statistical significance. Conclusion:The expression of CRT is up-regulated in endometrioid carcinoma,which may play a potential role in the pathogenesis and progression of endometrical carcinoma.
