妊娠期高血压疾病尿液差异蛋白质分析及其Perlecan含量变化
Urine protein analysis and clinical significance of perlecan in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the significance of the urine Perlecan in hyperten-sive disorders of pregnancy. Methods:Urine Perlecan concentrations were measured in 25 nor-mal pregnancies and 25 cases of gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia respectively. Correlation between urine Perlecan and mean arterial pressure and 24h urine protein was analyzed. Results:The concentration of urine Perlecan in gestational hyperten-sion was higher than that of normal pregnancies. However,the concentrations of urine Perlecan in mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia were significantly lower than that of normal preg-nancies,and there was higher concentration in mild preeclampsia when compared with severe preeclampsia. Correlation analyses demonstrated that significant negative correlations could be detected between urine Perlecan and 24h urine protein. Conclusions:Urine Perlecan can work as a good marker to reflect the state of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.关键词
