Abstract
Objective:To demonstrate the discrepancy of hypoxia-induced apoptosis in eutopic endometrium with adenomyosis( EuE) and ectopic endometrium with adenomyosis( EE) after laparoscopic bilateral laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion ( LUAO) therapy. Methods:The tissues of EuE and EE were collected 30 min after LUAO during surgery and evaluated,be-fore LUAO tissus were collected as control. Then,Real-time PCR and Western blot were per-formed to analyze the mRNA and protein levels of hypoxia-induced apoptosis-related molecules including Bcl-2, Bax, cyt-c, AIF, caspase-3, caspase-4, caspase-8, caspase-9, Endo-G, apf-1, GRP78,CHOP and TRADD. Results:We found that endogenous mitochondrial apoptosis path-way core factors the Bcl-2,Bax,cyt-c,AIF,caspase-3,caspase-9,Endo - G,apf -1 expression increased significantly. Conclusion:Endogenous mitochondrial apoptosis pathway mainly ac-counts for the effects of LUAO therapy on adenomyosis,accompanied by endoplasmic reticulum stress,which results cell apoptosis at last. It was relative with the good therapeutic effect of ade-nomyosis after laparoscopic uterine occlusion.关键词
