雷帕霉素对帕金森病小鼠神经保护效应的研究
Research on neuroprotective effects of rapamycin in Parkinson′s disease mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the neuroprotective effects of rapamycin in Parkinson′s disease(PD) mice. Methods The suspension test and the pole-climbing test were adopted to detect the improvement effect of rapamycin on the movement disorder of PD mice. The expression of tyrosine hydroxylase and α-synuclein in the substantia nigra of PD mice were examined via immunohistochemistry. Results Rapamycin significantly improved the movement disorder of PD mice ,increased the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase and decreased the expression of α-synuclein in the PD mice. Conclusion Rapamycin has the obvious neuroprotective effects in PD mice.关键词
