摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection on the plasma oxidation and antioxi-dant status in the patients with gastric cancer. Methods Totally 168 cases of definitely diagnosed gastric cancer from September 2013 to June 2015 were divided into the infection group(98 cases) and non-infection group(70 cases) according to whether having Hp infection. The levels of plasma oxidant and antioxidant indexes,8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG) and gastric cancer tissue human 8-hydroxyguanine DNA-glycosylase 1(hOGG1)mRNA expression were detected. Results The levels of plasma myeloper-oxidase(MPO),xanthine oxidase(XOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and 8-OHdG,and hOGG1 mRNA relative expression amount in the infection group were higher than those in the non-infection group,while the levels of super oxide dismutase (SOD),glu-tathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC) in the infection group were lower than those in the non-in-fection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hp infection could lead to the oxidant and an-tioxidant dysequilibrium more obvious,moreover aggravates the DNA damage.关键词
