重组竹制备工艺对力学性能的影响
Effect of Preparation Technology on Mechanical Properties of Reconstituted Bamboo

Abstract
Reconstituted bamboo was prepared with the independent research and development of moderate temperature curing phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive as binder.The effect of density of reconstituted bamboo, crushing times of bamboo beam,solid content of adhesive,hot pressing temperature and time on the mechanical properties of reconstituted bamboo was studied.The research results showed that under the conditions of this study, when the density of recombinant bamboo was 0.95 g/cm3 ,crushing times of bamboo beam was 3 times,solid content of adhesive was 25%,hot pressing temperature was 125 °C and hot pressing time was 1.1 min/mm,reconstituted bamboo had the optimal mechanical properties.关键词
