Design and Application of the Hospital Newborn Security System Based on Bluetooth Technology

Abstract
Objective To develop the hospital newborn security system so as to solve the security problems that may arise in the current neonatal hospital based on Bluetooth technology.MethodsThe system used wireless communication technology as the main transport route. By extending the Bluetooth module, the intranet in the hospital was established. The newborn wrist band contains a Bluetooth transmitter and a medical silicone rubber band.ResultsWhen the hospital terminal of the system is connected to the newborn bracelet, the Bluetooth node can be activated and added so as to help the postpartum women, family members, and health care providers with real-time monitoring, such as identity veriifcation and real-time location and tracking of newborns.ConclusionThe system can effectively prevent the occurrence of neonatal abduction, and other medical accidents such as wrong identiifcation of newborns. The application of the system can effectively improve hospital newborn security.关键词
