摘要

Abstract

Vinyl silane coupling agent as modifier,selection the appropriate temperature for hydroly-sis,precipitated silica surface was modified.Effects of dosage of modifier,temperature,time on the modifica-tion were discussed.The optimal conditions for the surface modification by orthogonal experiment were con-cluded as using vinyl triethoxy as modifier,with every 10.00 g silica modifier dosage of 4.00 g,the modifica-tion time for 30 minutes,modification temperature of 70 ℃.Under such conditions,the modified product acti-vation degree could be reached more than 95%.The infrared spectrum analysis showed that there was chemi-cally bonding formation between hydrolyzed vinyl silane coupling agent and silica surface.
