涡流板式动态旋流除砂器的研制

摘要
Abstract
Oil sand removal plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of gathering and transportation system of oil production.According to the traditional static centrifugal cyclone desanding de-vice problems,the vortex board dynamic hydrocyclone desander was designed,with the wear -resistant polyu-rethane as lining material and with automatic control system.The test result shows that after introduction power plant inside the hydrocyclone device,the shortcomings of traditional device were overcome.Such de-sander has advantage of wide range adaptation,high sand washing efficiency,strong wear resistance ect.关键词
