Abstract
Objective:Using combined method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC area normali-zation method,the β-Ecdysone content in Cyanotis extract was measured.Method:By multiplying the con-tent measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with area percentage of HPLC area normalization method,theβ-Ecdysone content in Cyanotis extract were measured.Results:By this way,the contents of 4 samples were measured as 45.42%,50.09%,63.18%,52.85% respectively,of which the relative error was less than 1% as compared with the contents (45.72%,50.32%,63.38%,53.11%)measured by HPLC meth-od.Conclusion:Such method of high analytical accuracy,easy to be implemented,and was suitable for meas-uring the β-Ecdyson content in Cyanotis extract.关键词
