Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical nursing path is applied to the nursing effect of acute cholecystitis. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 patients, 90 cases of acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups, control group 45 cases and observation group 45 cases, control group given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given clinical nursing path intervention, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing curative effect, the degree of knowledge about health and bad mood, and so on and so forth. Results After nursing care, observation group nursing efficacy 95.6% 77.8% higher than that of control group; SAS scores of observation group was obviously lower than the control group;Observation group the health knowledge level of success rate was 91.11%higher than that of control group 71.11%, comprehensive comparing the two groups ( ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute cholecystitis, can effectively improve the patient's anxiety, improve patients awareness of disease knowledge, improve nursing curative effect, worth clinical promotion.关键词
