摘要
Abstract
Objective Minimally invasive for patients with gallbladder stone extraction for the clinical effect of psychological nursing were analyzed. Methods To extract jun 06, 2014~2014, our hospital for minimally invasive confirmed bile stone extraction for 64 patients were randomly divided into research group and control group, two groups of the 32 patients, including 32 cases of control group were treated by routine nursing methods, research on this basis, using the method of psychological nursing, compares two groups of patients' psychological state. Results Compared with the psychological state before treatment, the team of the patient's psychological anxiety and depression scores got significantly lower ( ﹤ 0.05), while control group patients' psychological anxiety and depression score doesn't get too big change ( ﹥ 0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention for minimally invasive for bile stone extraction for nursing care of patients, can effectively improve the patient's mental state, so as to speed up the recovery of the patients.关键词
