新生儿脐静脉置管留置时间与导管位置及并发症关系分析
Analysis of the Relationship between the Indwelling Time of Umbilical Vein Indwelling Catheter and the Location of the Catheter and the Complications

Abstract
Objective To investigate the neonatal umbilical vein catheter (UVC)indwelling time and of the location of the catheter and complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) accept UVC neonatal clinical data,according to the UVC lien time is divided into greater than or equal to 10 days and less than 10 days group.Of two groups,the site of insertion catheter complications after comparative analysis. Results Were included in the 52 cases,in which the male 33 cases,female 19 cases;Gestational age 26 ~ 37 weeks;The birth weight of 700 ~ 2000 g.Catheter time 10 days or more group of 22 cases,<10 days group 30 cases.The general situation is similar between the two groups has no statistical significance. Ten days or more group of indwelling time a median of 11.5 days,<4.5 days for 10 days,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);P group 10 days because of h. not free or complications such as abdominal distension extubation in 4 cases,<10days group are due to h.not free or complications such as abdominal distension extubation;Two groups of the median catheter tube position respectively T7.5 (6.25~9.0),T10 (8.75 ~11.0) (T for thoracic),both comparative difference was statistically significant;Ten days or more group of abdominal distension,feeding intolerance,the incidence of catheter related blood stream infections,NEC is<10 days set low,including abdominal distension,feeding intolerance comparative difference was statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion UVC pipe position for 1~2 cm on the diaphragm advisable,position properly,the indwelling time,fewer complications,such as inappropriate position of catheter,should pay attention to observe the abdomen,tube drawing in time,reduce the complications, avoid aggravation of progress.关键词
