摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of tumor patients with music therapy in the application of lumbar puncture. Methods A total of 40 children with non Hodgkin's lymphoma were included in this study. 40 patients were divided into music therapy group and control group. 20 people were interviewed by the person in the treatment. Results The score of pain was lower and the heart rate and respiratory rate were lower in the music therapy group. The results showed that the children in the treatment group were treated with a positive attitude, including less pain and fear. Conclusion As a kind of non pharmacological interventions, in the lumbar puncture by headphones music therapy can reduce the pain and anxiety of patients, and low cost and is easy to implement.关键词
