Abstract
Objective Observation of complications in patients with placenta previa and clinical nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis of May 2014 and 2015 years 5 months in our hospital for the treatment of 10 cases of pernicious placenta previa patients clinical data. Analysis of pernicious placenta previa complications occurred in the specific situation, and put forward the nursing measures.Results 10 cases of placenta previa patients in 4 cases of hemorrhagic shock, 3 cases of bladder injury, 2 cases of diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC), 1 cases of puerperal infection. There was no death in 1 cases, and the survival rate was 100%. After treatment, all patients were discharged from hospital.Conclusion For the pernicious placenta previa complications were given for nursing care can reduce complications occurred, can ensure the security of life for the neonatal and maternal, has the significance of popularization and application in clinic.关键词
