摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of Bilingual Journal of Club in postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology. Methods In the process of training scientific research ability of postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology, students were divided into several study groups and BJC were performed within each group. Students autonomously chose an appropriate paper under teachers' guidance according to the following steps:①Teachers reviewed the background information in the paper selected by the students before group meeting; ②Students prepared a bilingual literature report presentation; ③Students and teachers exchanged their roles with students giving a lecture while teachers asking questions;④Students made conclusions as well as practical applications of the case and skills learned in the paper;⑤Teachers also summarized the case and guided students to practice the knowledge. Results BJC was successfully conducted, and the effects are satisfying. Conclusion BJC can significantly improve the English level and the capability of scientific research of postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology. Moreover, BJC can stimulate students' learning interest and resolve the problems in learning English literatures.
