Abstract
Objective Analysis on eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection in clinical effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis with dyspepsia. Methods 98 cases of chronic gastritis treated with Helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital,Will the randomized to control group (take oral omeprazole therapy)and treatment group(plus amoxicillin,clarithromycin and other drugs),clinical effects were compared.Results After 10 days,patients observed in 20 cases,effective 26 cases,total effective rate was 93.88%in the control group patients in 18 cases markedly effective in 22 cases,the total efficiency of 81.63%;clinical observation group was significantly superior in the control group.Conclusion Taking Amoxicillin,Accra of joint omeprazole therapy to eradicate H.pylori infection that addresses the stomach catarrh inflammation can also ease the symptoms in the treatment of indigestion chronic gastritis accompanied by indigestion,clinical results.关键词
