钬激光在泌尿系结石治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application and effect of the holmium laser on the urinary calculi.To discuss the skills in the operative procedure and the prevention of complications. Methods 122 cases of ureteral calculi underwent holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral, 56 cases of kidney stones in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy. Results 116 cases of the lithotripsy of the ureteral calculi are successful after one stage treatment, for smaller, there was not the indwelling double J tube;for larger one, indwelling double J tube, and it was taken out after 4~6 weeks . Operation time was 30 ~ 90 minutes, the average time of operation was 40 minutes, there was no ureteral perforation. 51 cases of the lithotripsy of the renal calculus are successful after one stage treatment, indwelling silicone nephrostomy tube after the surgery and it was taken out in 5~7days. The indwelling double J tube was taken out in 1~2 months. Operation time was 60 ~170 minutes, the average time of operation was 102 minutes, the amount of bleeding was about 40~140ml, and the average blood was 65 ml during the surgery. Conclusion With the advantages of safety、minimal invasion and certain curative effect,holmium laser provide a new clinical method and has made this tool a versatile muli-purpose instrument for use in the endoscopic treatment of a wide of calculi in urinary system. It is worth promoting at the grass-roots hospital.关键词
