Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing and routine rehabilitation nursing function improvement for patients with stroke and daily living ability.Methods 119 patients with stroke were divided into routine nursing group (control group)and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing group (experimental group),The control group received routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing,the experimental group in addition to the above also accept traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing,After comparing the two groups of patients before treatment,one month and three months on the lower limb function and ADL score.Results Two groups of patients before and after treatment of <0.01,there are significant differences,The experimental group and the control group after treatment in 1 months and 3 months,respectively, <0.05 and <0.01,with significant difference. Conclusion Can be considered improvements in the experimental group in stroke patients with upper and lower limb function and activities of daily living than the control group.关键词
