Abstract
Objective To analysis the reasons and countermeasures of drug errors in the pharmacy of our hospital. Methods The reasons for the drug errors in our hospital were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were summarized according to the results of the analysis. Results Hospital pharmacy drug errors related to drug packaging, drug specifications, dosage forms, drug quality, etc. In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of drug errors in the hospital pharmacy,we should strengthen the system, personnel, drug audit and management, etc. Conclusion Hospital pharmacy drug errors exist in all aspects of hospital pharmacy work, the hospital should strengthen management to prevent the occurrence of hospital pharmacy drug errors.关键词
