The internship period is very important to lead the medical students further become doctors,and there are many problems.It is of great importance to a good clinical thinking establish and the operation skill training and good medical ethics concept,.in the article,the author introduced some experiences.So as to provide some guidance and help for the internship of the interns.关键词
