Abstract
Tumor growth and metastasis depend on its new vascular system to provide adequate nutrition and take away its metabolites, the vasculature growth mainly be regulated and controled by vascular growth factors, vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor family most closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer in the control factor.High VEGF expression in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer,and many other aspects.The development of medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer has brought new hope, then the target therapy aimed at VEGF family is also a hot issue of research in recent years.Whether can pass for the members of the family's future treatment way to achieve the purpose of cure the cancer of the stomach is still a problem worth studying.关键词
