Abstract
Objective To investigate the monosialo four hexose ganglioside for early disease treatment.Methods From December 2013 to December 2014,70 cases of moderate and severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in our hospital were selected.The patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group,using different treatment methods to compare their efficacy.Results The MDI score of the treatment group was 91,the PDI score was 87.5,the NBNA score was 31,the control group was 70.4,the PDI score was 72.5,and the NBNA score was 34.7.The recovery of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant, <0.01.Conclusion Monosialo four hexose ganglioside is an effective improvement in early neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy therapeutics.This method was effective in the treatment of the clinical treatment.关键词
