Abstract
Objective DHS and inverted LISS fixation in the treatment of stable intertrochanteric fracture between the clinical curative effect contrast analysis. Methods Will review and follow-up de 44 cases of femoral coarse intertrochanteric fractures in patients with clinical data, with LISS internal fixation treatment in 21 cases, 23 cases were treated by DHS internal fixation for the treatment, compared two groups of length of incision, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, fracture healing and at the end of the Harris hip score, the excellent and good rate. Results Two groups of patients in hospitalization time, fracture healing time and the last Harris score excellent rate difference was not statistically significant ( >0.05), but in the incision length, bleeding volume, operation time was statistically significant difference ( < 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of internal fixation methods are the treatment of stable intertrochanteric fractures of the effective method, inverted LISS relative to DHS is more minimally invasive, less bleeding, shorter operation time.关键词
