Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum cystatin C (Cystatin C CysC) on the level of clinical value in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 120 patients with urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were divided into 2 groups, group A (simple group); the early diabetic nephropathy group (early group) and healthy subjects served (the control group). The group of conventional routine biochemical tests, at the same time using latex particle enhanced immune detection of plasma levels of CysC turbidity method. Results The simple group and early group CysC was significantly higher than that of the control group ( < 0.05), early kidney disease group were significantly higher than that group. Early group CysC patients with high percentage than simple group significantly ( < 0.05). Conclusion CysC can be used as a marker for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, may the evaluation index for the clinical treatment.关键词
