Comparative Study of Two Dimensional Ulteasound and Color Dopller in the Determination of Benign and Malignant Ovarian Neoplasms

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of differential diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms by way of integration of two-dimensional Doppler ultrasound with color Doppler technique. Methods A total of 120patients with 142 ovarian neoplasms were examined by combination of two-dimensional Doppler ulteasound and color Doppler technique.The configuration,integument,ascites,peripheral and internal blood stream between benign and malignant neoplasns were compared. Results The differences of the configurations and integuments between benign and malignant neoplasns were significant.The ascites could be detected in 50% of patients with malignant neoplasms,and in less then 2% of patients with benign neoplasms. No significant differences in the peripheral blood streams,but significances were shown in the internal blood streams.The display rates of patients with benign neoplasms and malignant neoplasms were 18% and 70%,respectively. Conclusion Ultrasonic morphology,intratumoral arterial resistance index(RI) detected from color Doppler are useful for differential diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms.关键词
