摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing measures for patients with brain tumors gamma knife postoperative intracranial pressure.Methods Select our hospital gamma knife surgery for brain tumor patients with a total of 96 cases as the research object,random number table method can be divided into the observation group and the control group of 48 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group were given postoperative care,observation of the two groups of patients with intracranial pressure,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients in the treatment.Results After treatment,the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05),the incidence of complications was 6.3%,the control group was 20.8%,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion In nursing for brain tumor patients by gamma knife surgery of intracranial pressure reduction is a significant clinical effect,can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, promote an early recovery of patients.关键词
