医院药事管理中PDCA的应用分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management in the application of PDCA.Methods In November 2013 to December 2015,by means of computer randomly assigned 292 patients were divided into observation group and routine group,patients were 146 cases in each group.The conventional group of patients all adopt the traditional hospital pharmaceutical affairs management;While the observation group of patients using PDCA management.Results Observation group of patients'satisfaction was 97.26%(142/146),pharmacy error event rate was 1.37%(2/146);Regular group of patients satisfaction was 87.67%(128/146),pharmacy error event rate was 5.48%(8/146).and pharmacy error event rates are significantly lower than normal group ( <0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management can enhance the overall quality of the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management.关键词
