摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of recurrent bacterial Yang tuberculosis treated with Thymopentin combined with routine anti-tuberculosis scheme,and the study on the immune function and clinical significance.Methods From March in 2014 to March in 2015,72 cases of the initial treatment bacterial Yang pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly selected from our hospital and were divided into the conventional treatment group (control group)and combining routine treatment with thymopentin treatment group (observation group).The lung breath ability and immune function of the patients were detected,and simultaneously the therapeutic effects were auxiliary judged with cytokines check.Results Compared with the conventional treatment group,pulmonary respiratory capacity and the number of T cells for the patients were significantly increased ( <0.05)after treated with thymopentin joint.Conclusion The combination of thymopentin and the routine anti-tuberculosis solution treatment can absorb lesions and relieve pain to some extent,improve the patient's respiratory function and immune function.关键词
