摘要
Abstract
Objective Effective analysis of HBV Pre S1 with HBV M and HBV DNA detection correlation.Methods 300 cases of samples drawn from January 2015 to November 2015 period,the detection of hepatitis B virus Pre S1 with HBV M and HBV DNA;respectively by ELISA and real-time PCR method.Results The hepatitis B virus carriers(HBsAg positive)Pre S1 with HBV M and HBV DNA detection rate is much higher than in healthy people (other HBV M mode),high sensitivity <0.05,and the Pre S1 detection.Conclusion Pre S1 detection sensitivity is higher,and correlated with HBV DNA and HBV M.关键词
