Abstract
Objective The treatment effects of vitiligo based on 308nm excimer laser in children are observed and analyzed. Methods 120 children with leucoderma from July, 2011 to December,2014, who are treated by 308nm excimer laser with three courses are selected to be the research objects, and then their 351 lesions after treatment are studied.Results Through investigating, the results show that the obvious effective rate reaches 60.11%, and the total effective is 72.36%,. In three courses, the treatment effect takes on positive correlation with treatment times, and treatment effects of faces and necks are the best, while treatment effects of bodies are much better, and the treatment effects of the limbs and acras are the worst. Meanwhile, the shorter the course of disease is, the better the treatment effect is. Conclusion The treatment effects of leucoderma based on 308nm excimer laser in children are much better, and their untoward effects are little, and different anatomic sites and treatment times have some influences on the treatment effects, and the shorter the course of disease is,the better the effect is.关键词
