Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging of the bile duct in the diagnosis of gallstones. Methods randomly selected 74 cases to the study of the 2012 Jan uary in December hospitalized patients with cholelithiasis and random according to the diagnostic method into control group(CT scan)and observation group(magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography),37 cases in each.The results of two diagnostic methods were observed..Results In the control group there were 13 cases(72.22%)and 21 cases(75%)in the diagnosis of gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones;observation group were 18 cases (94.74%)and 26 cases (96.3%)diagnosed with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones.The detection rate of stone in the two groups,the control group was lower,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of cholelithiasis,diagnosed by CT scan and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography diagnosis has good application value,but the accuracy of CT scanning in the diagnosis of lower than magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP).关键词
