摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the solution of the permanent central vein catheters joint broken in hemodialysis patient. Methods 30 patients whose permanent central vein catheters joints had broken were included. After removed the broken joints of the catheters, new joints were installed. Results We successfully replaced catheter joints in all the 30 patients without infections and complication. The success rate is 100%. Conclusion This is new method not necessarily need other vascular and usage of vascular expander, protect the limited recourses of vascular and reduce the suffering of the patients.关键词
