Numerical Simulation on Effect of Rotation Speed on Scoop Power Loss
摘要
Abstract
The scoop is one of the most important parts in gas centrifuge .The 3D Navi‐er‐Stokes equation was solved by finite volume method to study the effect of rotation speed on scoop power loss .The flow fields near scoop were obtained by the simulation , and the scoop power losses caused by shock wave and friction were calculated respective‐ly .The analysis for the change law of scoop power loss with rotation speed shows that the power loss first increases and then decreases with the increase of rotation speed w hen the amount of gas holdup in rotor and the location of scoop are invariant . T he power loss decreases with the increase of rotation speed when the pressure in the side wall of rotor and the location of scoop are invariant .关键词
