甘肃省近十年羊布鲁氏菌病血清学监测
Serological Surveillance of SheepBrucellosis Melitensis in Gansu Province in Recent Ten Years

Abstract
s:Serological surveillance ofbrucellosis melitensis in Gansu province from 2005 to 2014 had been conducted. The results showed the average positive rate was 1.12% in recent 10 years. Serological positive results presented sharp upward trend in recent 5 years,and most positive samples were detected from backyard farms. The case number between human and livestock was positively correlated. Epidemiological situation and feature ofbrucellosis melitensis in Gansu province was comprehensive analyzed in this paper,the main risk factors and primary causes leading to sharply rise of cases were also summarized,and the suggestions on prevention and control of the disease were proposed.关键词
