摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the effects of bio-safety disposal of dead pigs by using biogas slurry,samples were col-lected from biological anaerobic fermentation slurry with pigs died of disease and detected for seven kinds of common pathogenic microorganisms including classical swine fever virus,porcine circovirus type 2,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,pseudorabies virus,porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,streptococcus suis and haemophilus parasuis in samples by PCR. Meanwhile,pathogens including streptococcus suis,haemophilus parasuis,classical swine fever virus,pseudorabies virus and porcine circovirus type 2 were isolated by bacterial culture medium or PK-15 cells. After dead pigs were treated by biological anaerobic fermentation slurry over the past three or six months under different temperature conditions,the results on nucleic acid testing or pathogen isolation both were negative. The re-sults indicated that biogas slurry could effectively inactivate pathogenic microorganisms from pigs died of diseases.
