摘要
Abstract
In order to accordance with the new requirements of theLegislative law,the currentAnimal Epidemic Prevention Law and the supporting regulations were systematically combed. The legal provisions which were authorized by the veterinary administrative department of the State Council, and the loophole of current legislation were summarized. Suggestions on perfecting veterinary legal system were put forward, including formulating provision which remains blank,improving the existing legislation,researching on revision ofAnimal Epidemic Prevention Law, It was hoped to provide reference for improving veterinary law system.关键词
