Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression levels of serum epidermal growth factor(EGF),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and transforming growth factor(TGF-α) in patients with acute on chronic liver failure treated with plasma exchange of artifical liver.Methods:40 cases of patients with acute on chronic liver failure were treated with plasma exchange,and the levels of serum EGF,HGF and TGF-α at different time points were detected.Results:The expression level of serum HGF was the highest in 72 h after treatment,which was significantly higher than that in 24 h before treatment,24 h after treatment and 48 h after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(F=4.006,P<0.05).The expression level of serum TGF-α was the highest in 48 h after treatment,which was significantly higher than that in 24 h before treatment,24 h after treatment and 72 h after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(F=191.817,P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma exchange of artifical liver in the treatment of acute on chronic liver failure could increase the expression levels of HGF and TGF-α.关键词
